For over 25 years, founders Mike and Ellie Whelan have loved delivering building and renovation projects for happy clients. Mike spent some time early in his career remodeling Victorian homes, so he is well-skilled in building and renovations that range from simple to intricate. The attention to detail he honed during that time has been brought to every project since, and they look forward to making your their next happy customer.

Scentcerely Yours – We completed a buildout that transformed their Geneva storefront into a space that worked great for their business.

Dunham Woods Riding Club – We have completed numerous renovations on bathrooms, bedrooms and tennis pro shop and other spaces for both function and aesthetics. Mike’s experience of renovating old New England homes has been especially important given the club’s history, and have resulted in beautiful updates that keep the integrity of the building in tact.

Greenfields in Geneva – We have renovated many suites at this retirement facility, providing residents with updated kitchens and custom projects.

Countryside Fire Department – It was our privilege to remodel the kitchen at the firehouse.
