Mike Whelan, owner of Whelan Builders, has over fifteen years of experience in this business. Before moving to Chicago he learned fine finishing and attention to detail while restoring Victorian-era properties in New England. Mike is the person who will assess your job, provide the quote, sign the contract, and oversee the work every day.

We take pride in offering you a clean job site. You won’t see an ugly dumpster in your driveway or parking lot. Keeping the rest of the project area livable while work is done is important to us, so we use a dump truck to haul away any construction debris.
